Constitution of Foundation with Foundation Deed

The foundation is a legally capable foundation under civil law and is subject to the Hessian Foundation Act StiftG HE 1966

The members of the Foundation's Board of Directors are

Mr. Daniel Herz - Mayor of the town of Witzenhausen

Mrs. Silvia Hable - City Councillor of the City of Witzenhausen

Dr. Christian Hülsebusch - Managing Director of DITSL GmbH

Mr. Prof. (retired) Eckhard Baum

The chairmanship of the Board of Directors shall alternate as follows:

- in odd-numbered years by the Mayor of the City of Witzenhausen

- in even-numbered years by the Managing Director of DITSL GmbH
