Accommodation / Getting there

Accommodation has been booked for all participants in and around Witzenhausen by the organisers.

Participants arriving by plane/train will be picked up from the railway station, transferred to the conference venue for registration and from there will be guided to their accommodation.

Pickup service will be individually coordinated by the organisers.

Participants arriving by car are requested to report first to the conference venue for registration. From there you will be guided to your accommodation.

by train:

Destination: Witzenhausen Nord

From Frankfurt:

ICE to Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe, transfer to regional trains to Witzenhausen Nord or ICE to Göttingen, transfer to CANTUS train to Witzenhausen Nord

Coming from the north:

ICE to Göttingen, transfer to CANTUS train to Witzenhausen Nord

Transfer from the train station to the reception

by car:

From the North:

Motorway A7, after the Raststätte Göttingen at the Autobahndreieck Drammetal take the A38 in the direction Halle/Leipzig, exit Friedland/Neu-Eichenberg, continue on the B27 in the direction Witzenhausen

From the South:

Motorway A7, after Kassel take the exit Hann. Münden Hedemünden, take the second exit of the roundabout and continue on the B80 in the direction Witzenhausen/Eschwege

In Witzenhausen follow the route as indicated below, do not follow the sign posts as roadworks obstruct normal circulation..

Once registered for the grantees meeting you will receive bus tickets so you can travel to and from the venue to your hotels by bus. You will also receive maps and bus time tables for better orientation.

Location

The reception and conference rooms are located in the "Bürgerhaus" Witzenhausen, Am Sande 10 (red flag).

The DITSL administration building (old monastry campus) is marked by the green flag.
